... or Healthy Alternatives for Relationships among Teens

Project H.A.R.T. is a relationship violence prevention program made up of a series of workshops offered at area schools, community centers and other places teens gather. They are designed to give teen boys and girls the knowledge and skills that will help them develop healthy relationships, free of abuse and violence.

The goals of Project H.A.R.T. are to help teens recognize sexually, physically and emotionally abusive relationships, develop skills to reduce their risk of being victimized, identify sources of help if they are in an abusive relationship, learn how to be proactive in helping others and establish healthy relationships for a lifetime.

  • Sexual Violence and Rape Awareness
