Project H.A.R.T. and Safe Connections' other adolescent services prepare teen boys and girls to live a life of healthy relationships. Sometimes, they are the catalysts for teens to leave unhealthy ones.
- "About two years ago, I was in an abusive relationship. I was too scared to leave because he said he would kill me. I went to class, and there was a visitor from Project H.A.R.T. She showed me what I could do in an abusive relationship, and I did it. I broke up with him and changed my (phone) number. Now I am smarter, healthier and happier because of your program."
