Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling Sessions

Safe Connections offers individual therapy free of charge to adults and youth ages 12-19 who have experienced rape, domestic or dating abuse (physical, sexual or emotional) and/or childhood sexual abuse. Compassionate and highly specialized, master’s degree-level therapists help victims reclaim their lives as survivors. Clients work hard in partnership with their therapists to build stability, improve mental/physical health and create greater safety as they pursue violence-free futures. Potential clients can contact Safe Connections directly to schedule an initial assessment interview. Referrals can be made through the Crisis Helpline, private therapists and other social service agencies.

No insurance or payment are accepted from clients. This policy gives clients and counselors the freedom to decide together the frequency and duration of therapy to best benefit the client.

For more information or to schedule an assessment appointment, please call 314.646.7500 x118.
